Gaile Morrison

Gaile Morrison

Administrative Assistant

Gaile brings many years of experience, much of which was spent with Dr. Westphal, to our office. She is responsible for helping our patients navigate their surgical process. From the time the decision for surgery is made up to the date of the procedure, Gaile is there to assist in scheduling pre-operative testing, obtaining insurance authorizations, and making sure that everything is in order for surgery day. Her attention to detail is second to none!

Ever since Gaile was a little girl she had wanted to work in healthcare and have a large family to look after, both of which she has achieved. Her favorite part of her job is helping patients navigate what can sometimes be a scary time in their lives. Gaile works very hard to make sure that each patient has a positive experience. To her, patient satisfaction means that each and every patient leaves our office knowing that they are well cared for and treated the way that they want to be treated.

After a long day of work, she loves to go home to her family and work on one of her never-ending knitting projects!

Trista Ambs

Trista Ambs

Administrative Assistant

Trista has been working in the healthcare field since 2010. Most recently she has accepted the role of Administrative Assistant where she, like Gaile, helps patients navigate the surgical process. Her primary function is to assist our patients during this often confusing time.

Like other staff members here, Trista dreamed of being a Marine Biologist when she was a kid because she wanted to get paid to swim with the dolphins! Although her career took a different turn, her love for our oceans and its wildlife did not. She is a strong advocate against shark finning and fights to keep our oceans clean.

When Trista isn’t working, you can usually find her with her five favorite companions, four of which are dogs, or driving with the top down in her Jeep Wrangler. She says that her dogs teach her a lot about life, specifically how to be patient and enjoy every minute of life.

If you ever notice Trista having a bad day, just get her a cup of coffee and she’ll be back to her happy self in no time!

Tracie Bradley

Tracie Bradley

Billing Manager

Tracie has specialized in healthcare billing for over 25 years. She is a Certified Professional Coder as well as having certification as a Medical Insurance Specialist. She has been doing Orthopedic coding and billing since 1998. In between filing claims and fighting insurance carriers, Tracie is always happy to answer any questions that our patients may have. With her experience, it’s not too often she that she doesn’t have an answer.

When she’s not working, Tracie enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, reading books, taking walks with her husband, or gardening. She loves to travel to tropical locations which she does at least once a year. Her most memorable vacation was when she and her husband spent 10 days together snorkeling through the coral reefs of Hawaii.

Zenaida Morales

Zenaida Morales

Billing Office / Coder

Zenaida (or Zeny as she prefers to be called) joined our billing team in 2016 and has proven to be an integral part to our success. With her, she brings twenty plus years of experience in billing and coding.  One of the things that Zeny likes about her job is that she learns something new every day. She also enjoys helping patients understand their bills and the paperwork that can be so confusing. She says if she can make the patient’s day better by doing this, it makes her day better too!

When asked who inspires Zeny to be her best, she says it’s her mother. She was a single mom who always encouraged Zeny to be her best and to work hard for what she wants. Her mother is a woman of great strength and you can see this in Zeny’s work.

In her free time, Zeny enjoys spending time with her family, especially her daughter. She also enjoys reading books about the paranormal. When she was a kid, Zeny wanted to be an archaeologist specializing in ancient ruins and architecture.

Joe Fittipaldi

Joe Fittipaldi

Office Manager

Joe has been in the healthcare field since 2010 and says that he loves working in orthopedics. His favorite part of the job is seeing patients come in after a joint replacement with a whole new outlook on life. He loves working for physicians who take great pride in their work and who are always looking to do what’s best for their patients. He also enjoys watching the interaction our staff has with our patients. He says that it’s nice to see patients walk into the office for the first time and immediately feel welcome!

When he’s not in the office, Joe enjoys spending time with his family (yes, he’s married to our PA Jessica). He also enjoys playing golf and working for his favorite nonprofit, A Week Away Foundation.
