Bill brings over 21 years of experience as a physical therapist to Westphal Orthopedics. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and has been specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation ever since.

Bill works very closely with our surgeons to develop a treatment plan that’s tailored to the individual needs and goals of each patient. By leveraging his many years of experience with his fondness for orthopedics, Bill is equipped to get our patients back to their best as quickly as possible. 

Bill, his wife, and their four children live in the Lampeter area. He coaches football and baseball and is very involved in the Lampeter Strasburg community. When he’s not treating patients or spending time with his family (which isn’t often), you may just catch him on the golf course!

Jacki graduated from Saint Francis University, Loretto, PA with a bachelor’s in health science and a doctorate in physical therapy in 2013. She has worked in multiple physical therapy settings, but she enjoys the outpatient setting the most and is very excited to work here at Westphal Orthopedics.  Jacki enjoys being a physical therapist and finds passion in helping others get back to the activities they love.

One of Jacki’s favorite parts of working at Westphal Orthopedics is the team approach: working with the physicians and clinical staff to develop a personalized treatment plan for our patients. In her free time, Jacki enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog. She loves many outdoor activities, but her favorite place to go is the beach.

Nichole has been working with Bill Knapp as a Therapy Tech since her senior year of High School. She graduated from Garden Spot High School in 2016 and attended Central Penn College for their Physical Therapy Assistant Program. Nichole joined the Westphal Orthopedic family at the end of her clinical rotation in February of 2019 and has been an active team member ever since.

Nichole enjoys spending time in the great outdoors hiking, hunting, kayaking, four-wheeling – you name it! She has traveled out to Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and South Dakota, but her favorite vacation spot is at her family hunting camp in northern PA.
